Cookie Bake Off

Yesterday at girl guides we had a cookie bake off. Me, Tabatha and Megan (my good good friends) were teamed up to pick a cookie recipe bake it and then feed it to the judges(are parents... lucky)you know this evil thought just popped into my head what if we had put 1 cup of salt in instead of 1 teaspoon! that would have been funny :-) well not for the judges ha ha ha ha ha! we picked a gingerbread cookie recipe, sooo finally we finished baking the gingerbread cookies (we were the last to finish) all the cookies were ready for the test.

And the results WE GOT 1ST PLACE FOR appearance not taste... but the peanut butter cookies won 1st yay for them! (I knew we should have added the extra salt, doh!)

Mommys 35th Birth Day

I decided to throw a little party for my moms 35th birthday (it was the first time) so I called up some friends and went and bought her some flower seeds(the boys helped to). When every thing was all bought I started baking the cake. It turned out lovely but through a strange turn of events I found out that a mouse had visited the pan I used to bake the cake so I threw it out and made a giant brownie cake...

as you can see it turned out lovley but it was so hot, so i put it in the frezer, WHOOPS! big mistake when it was time to eat it was solid rock! So we crunched away at the rock cake.

(I decorated the cake all by myself)

I will Servive-NOT

It may be short, but I think it is super funny!

Kokeshi Dolls

Kokeshi dolls are originally made from northern Japan, but it soon sread througout the world inculding alberta. They started making kokeshi dolls about 200 years ago! If one has a kokeshi doll it is said that it will bring good harvest and if there children played with them it would bring a positive impression on the gods.

Arn't these dolls the coolest! I think there soooo cute! Me and mom are making some for the baby to chew on. They even have a santa clause kokeshi doll(kokeshi doll is there real name)...

My 11th Birthday Party

Yes, Its true, I am getting older. About 6 days ago I turned eleven! And I held a Alice in Wonderland birthday party to celabrate. I told everyone coming to dress up as there favorite Alice in Wonderland chareter we ended up having four Alices! I decided to dress up as the queen of hearts TA DA! didn't see that one coming did you? I think it was an awsome party and to top it off we got are pictures taken(of course).

My Sticker Book

This is me and my sticker book(yes, I know, it's odd). When I was ten I used to collet STICKERS! I found it fun to take pages and stick stickers on them in pretty patterns. One of my favorite sticker pages was on babys(top picture). But I have now taken my wonderful stickers to a new use, yes, well, um, I don't rely use them any more, BUT THAT CAN STILL BE A WONDERFUL USE!

The Play

A few days ago me and some other friends put on a play about pioneers. It was SO fun! I ended up bening the character of a man named papa. No, I did not want to act as a boy but apparently it was my destiny. The play turned out to be better than I thought it would be. My mom had some spare time to catch some pictures of us during the play...

Kool Aid Jammer Bags

One year when my family lived in Oyen my mother decided to start making the the weirdest bags... Yes you guest it she decided to make Kool Aid Jammer Bags! We asked every one in are school to give us there jammer packs to us (after they drank them of course). But before we could actually make the bags we have to clean them... and that my friend was hard! But in the end they turned out pretty cool ha ha get it cool aid jammers ha ha ha!!

Dog Gone Dixie

Doesn't look rely happy does she? This was my third dog. My family called her Dixie, Don't you like the name Dixie? Well I do. A few months ago we sold her to a farm, I think Dixie is very happy there! I don't rely miss her anymore but when she left I had to adjust to the changes. But life goes on doesn't it? That is what I learned from dixie...

Best Bubble Bath

Doesn't that bubble bath look fun? Well of course it does! It was the best bubble bath I ever had. As you can see the bubbles are simply eating us. Now it all began... when me and Abby(shes my friend) decided to have a bubble bath, I think I might have put a bit to much in, okay, alright, I admit it, I dumped the whole bottle in. Then we decided to turn the jets on(are bathtub had jets), thats when it stared to rise. We jumped for the edge to get out, but it was to late the bubbles had swallowed us up whole(of course I am joking). The End
